Mason County has been awarded a grant for courthouse renovations. The anticipated dates of the construction project are Monday, November 11, 2024 thru Friday, November 22, 2024. During this project normal services and access to the County Clerk, Circuit Clerk, Treasurer, Assessor, Veterans Affairs, Pre-Trial Services, Emergency Management Agency, Animal Control and Zoning offices will be very limited. If you have business with any of these affected offices, please call the courthouse at 309-543-6661 to see if you can be assisted over the phone. This construction project WILL NOT limit access to the Probation Office, Criminal Court, Traffic Court or Civil Court dates. Thank you for being patient with us during this time.
